What can I expect at my first visit?

Your first visit as a new patient will be the best dental visit you have ever experienced!

As soon as you step in to our office, you will immediately be put at ease. Our waiting room is quiet and calm with plush seating, enjoyable music, and relaxing lighting. 

You will be warmly greeted at reception and checked in. Our front desk team will make sure we have all the information we need to provide you with world-class dental treatment. All of our digital forms will have been sent to you prior to your appointment, so that you can fill them out in the leisure of your home. If any additional information is needed, we will guide you through that process on one of our tablets.

At your appointment time, one of our amazing clinical staff will greet you and take you back to our treatment area. You will immediately feel at home when you take a seat in one of our memory foam dental chairs and speak with our staff!

We will then gather all the information we need about your dental health and take the time to listen to what you want and need from your dental provider. If we need x-rays to assist us in our examination and diagnosis, we will use the latest equipment in digital radiography to do so.

If you are scheduled for a dental cleaning, one of our top-notch Registered Dental Hygienists will gently clean your teeth.

Dr. Ridlehoover will then come in to meet you and review all the information gathered at your appointment and make his assessment. He will ask many questions and listen closely to make sure that the care you desire is the care you receive.

If any additional care is required, our team will help you to schedule at your convenience and review your financial options and estimated insurance coverage.

You will walk out of our office feeling amazing! If you have any additional questions, our staff is always ready and waiting to help. We look forward to being part of your dental family!
